The DE system provides learners with the Self Instructional Study Material especially prepared by keeping in mind the academic and professional needs of the learners. The Stores section is responsible for storing the study material, distribute it according to the Study Centre/Learner Support Centre students’ enrollment, taking review of the available study material and communicating about the requirement of the study material. The Stores section is equipped with computers and other smart techniques enabling the staff perform their functions efficiently without any lapse in time. This section has huge space and systematic methods of keeping and storing the books and other printed material of the University. The available stock is displayed everyday on the computers and they are supported with specially prepared app simplifying the function of distributing the books. The Regional Centres as well as the Study Centre/Learner Support Centre can contact with the Stores section and communicate their requirement of books so as to enable learners get the study material on time. The Stores section has exhaustive panel of transporters enabling them to distribute the books to different places all over the state in the least possible time.
